• 1. Download & install the TVS SmartXonnect App and launch it.
  2. Tap "Onboard TVS Vehicle or Accessory" card.
  3. Tap "Onboard a TVS Vehicle".
  4. Enter the TVS registered mobile number (from invoice copy).
  5. Click "Continue" — OTP will be sent.
  6. Enter OTP — bike card with vehicle details appears.
  7. Tap the bike card and the "Continue" button activates.
  8. You are redirected to the homepage — vehicle successfully onboarded.

Yes, you can ride the Orbiter in stagnant water up to a depth of six inches or 150 mm, with all safety precautions taken. All key components below the floorboard are IP67 rated. We recommend you watch out for potholes.

Yes, your TVS Orbiter can be washed at a regular water washing station. However, do not direct the water stream at areas like the charging port, the bag hook area or underneath the seat regularly. We recommend washing to be done at the authorised workshop only.

Yes, your TVS Orbiter can be driven in rain and its LCD is rain-resistant. However, we suggest you carry a raincoat for yourself.
