Rules & Regulations

Conduct:

Riders/Participants are expected to behave themselves in a manner that doesn’t downplay their dignity and the dignity of others around them including other riders, support staff, and locals of the region.

Environmental Responsibility:

It is very important to maintain the sanctity of the region we are passing through. If possible avoidance of the use of single-use plastic and littering anywhere is a must. If possible one can also carry a hydration bag to avoid buying plastic water bottles.

Medical Advice:

If anyone is undergoing medical treatment then we expect you to follow the medical advice very strictly and thoroughly, there won’t be any exceptions.

Luggage:

Your luggage will be transported in a vehicle at the risk of the owner. Each participant is permitted to carry one bag, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. Each participant is responsible for making sure that their luggage is loaded and unloaded each day within the allotted window of time that will be informed each day. All of your photography gear will be stored in the luggage van, a closed vehicle, safe from potential environmental harm.

a) Bring only one pair of shoes; the riding boots may be wet and uncomfortable for walking around the camp or hotel.

b) Change of clothes - To relax in the motels or campers and get a good night's sleep after a long day of riding.

c) Basic First Aid package including necessary medications, or, if you're taking medication, your prescription dosage

d) Hydration pack and a bottle of water (No single use Plastic bottles)

e) Energy-dense, light snacks

f) Extra bike key

g) If you wear contact lenses or glasses, bring extra lenses, lens cleaning solution, and glasses.

h) Extra batteries, chargers, memory storage units, etc. for your camera or phone.

i) Anything else you might need between the time you arrive at your location and the luggage vehicle's arrival.
